Waiting....
This morning I wasn't feeling to well and couldn't hold anything down. I called the dr. and they wanted me to come in so they could check me out. While there I found out I was in pre labor, dilated to a 1, 50% effaced, and my contractions were 2 to 3 minutes apart. They asked me if I wanted to go ahead and go onto the hospital and I said, No because there was some things I needed to do. I told Joe there was no point in him coming home from work at that point. In the meantime I took a shower, packed my hospital bag, and tried to eat a plum. The plum didn't stay down and I wasn't holding any solids down. So I called the dr. once again to see what she wanted me to do and she told me to go ahead and go onto the hospital. I called Joe and told him to go ahead and come on home so we could go up there and see what was going on. 3 hours after being there and hooked up to the monitor the nurse said my contractions were coming and going and they were about every 3 to 5 minutes and I was still at a 1. She called my dr. to see if he wanted me to go ahead and stay or just go home. He recommened I go home so I didn't have to stay in the uncomfortable hospital bed and said if things start to progress more then to go back up there. So now is the waiting game... Joe and I are ready and hoping for Colton to come tonight. We will keep everyone posted.

Yippee!! I can't wait to see him. I especially can't wait for your mom to be a GRANDMA!!
I love and miss you.
Good luck and Breathe Joe! Can't wait to meet Colton. Ariana is excited to see her boyfriend... J/K.
I don't expect we'll see you this weekend, but know that we're all excited to see Colton.
Katelyn especially. I think she did her own personal happy dance when I told her it probably wouldn't be too much longer.
Keep us posted!
Just think Cherise, if a very short time you and Joe will be parents.....how great that is. Your whole lives will change. You will wonder how such a small bundle of joy can change everything. But believe me your life will never be the same again. And children are such a great thing. Let us know as soon as the big event happens. I love ya girl.
